Siam Mental Problem: Siamese effort on Prasat Preah Vihear

The Son Of the Khmer Empire

Another Greedy Face: Suwit

It is amazing to know that Thailand  will put its effort to object Cambodia´s management plan at all cost. Read the whole article here.

Government spokesman Panitan Wattanayagorn said cabinet members instructed Mr Suwit to create a better understanding among WHC members before the next meeting about why Thailand objected to Cambodia’s plan.

“We will continue to ask the WHC to postpone consideration of Cambodia’s management plan until Thailand and Cambodia finish demarcating the disputed zone,” Mr Panitan said.

NOTEThe world know that Siamese people are Buddhists who normally must follow the five moral precepts- no killing or harming of sensitive life, no stealing or taking what is not given, no sexual misconduct, no false speech, and no taking of intoxicants, order to lead a good life. But what we see here Siamese people are not, for they are greedy, like stealing, robbing, cheating, flip-flopping, have no compassion, and tolerance.

Furthermore, it seems that the effort of Siamese people on Prasat Preah Vihear Khmer is not the effort towards positive, solidarity, friendship, respect, peace, development, cooperation, and assistantship, but it is about obstruction, creating conflict and war, aggression and invasion without due respect to Cambodian sovereignty and international laws and treaties.

With this, I just want to ask other Siamese people who love peace, respect and friendship among our nations that please call them to stop such a sinful acts and illegitimate claim over Khmer property so that we can live in peace together. We Khmer don´t want war anymore!

And lastly, I just want to tell Abhisit and Suwit that UNESCO has nothing to do with the border issues, so if you really have the will to solve the border conflicts,  please help faster the work of the Joint Border Committees of Cambodia and Thailand so that they can finish their tasks as soon as possible in order to bring about peace and development in those regions.

Bilateral talk with Cambodia may be held to resolve border conflict: Thai minister

A bilateral talk with Cambodia may be held in a bid to seek solution to the ongoing conflict over the Preah Vihear Temple, Thailand’s Natural and Environment Minister Suvit Khunkitti said on Monday.

The Thai News Agency (TNA) reported that the natural and environment minister was speaking in Thailand’s capital Bangkok shortly after he returned from Brazil, where he attended the annual 34th meeting of the UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee (WHC).

It is expected that next month the WHC panel will present Cambodia’s management plan for the 11th century Preah Vihear Temple to Thailand, Suvit said.

After obtaining the Cambodian management plan for Preah Vihear Temple, Thailand will look into details of the plan in a bid to protect the country’s sovereignty, he said.

However, the Thai side will keep abiding by international laws to find the solution to the conflict, the Thai minister said.

The Thai people and concerned organizations will be informed of the development to be made on the Preah Vihear Temple, Suvit said.

During the meeting on July 29, the WHC decided to reschedule its discussion on Cambodia’s management plan to its annual meeting in Bahrain in 2011.

Prior to the WHC decision to postpone its discussion, Thailand threatened to walk out of the WHC meeting if the panel considered the Cambodian plan since the Thai side had not yet looked into details of the plan, which was handed in by Cambodia to the WHC panel just shortly before the meeting.

Thailand and Cambodia have historically laid claim to the site, which is located on a mountain top on the Thai-Cambodia border. The disputed area of 4.6 square kilometers has not been demarcated.

In 1962 the International Court of Justice ruled that the Preah Vihear temple belonged to Cambodia. But, the 11th-century temple can only be easily accessed from Thailand.

The psychopathic Saimse Abhishit to explain the WHC

During his visit to Prasat Preah Vihear on Saturday, Hun Xen strongly slamed Siam as the visionary  invader.

“They [the Thais] have invaded us and look down on us.

“They are still keeping it in their minds to invade Cambodia and do not know when they will stop. The invaders have never left us, even though they can kill their own citizens,” he told the crowd.

With this the spychopathic siamse PM Abhishit proudly responded to Hun Xen that Siam never invades Cambodia  insisting  that Siamese military officers have not trespassed to Cambodia, as Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Xen claimed.

“The Thai government will use Prime Minister Hun Xen’s comment to explain to the World Heritage Committee that the area around Preah Vihear temple clearly belongs to Thailand,” Mr Abhishit said on Sunday.

Is it also possible for Abhishit to tell us  that which map he will use to explain the WHC? Is it the unilateral map drawn by USA  or the international recognized map of the Siamese-French treaty? Lastly, I hope that  Abhishit  will bravely bring   the “Annex I” map used by the International Court of Justice ( ICJ) for its judgment in 1962 as evidence to explain  the WHC as well in order to clear Hun Xen’s comment and Siamese sincerity with its neigbors.
